St. Bartholomew’s Youth Group, also known as “Bartholomew’s Crew,” is a ministry open to students entering 6th grade through high school. The focus of this group is on building fellowship, living the faith, learning life skills, and providing community service. The Crew’s mission is to “Leave His mark on the world.” Meetings are held monthly on a Sunday evening from 5:30-7:30pm in the Madonna Room of Marian Hall. Leaders present discussion topics at each meeting through games and activities that highlight an aspect of the faith, encourage team building, and offer opportunities for members to talk about things going on in their lives and grow in support of each other. Specific meeting dates and times and special events are posted in the bulletin. The group also aims to do at least one community service project and/or fun fellowship event at the church or in the community together each month as well. Any student in 6th-12th grade can join at any time of the year, or just show up to a meeting or event to see what it’s all about. All are very welcome to bring friends with them!
